CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY FOR CORPORATE EVENTS, PRIVATE PARTIES, AND GROUP EVENTS:
In case you need to reschedule an event, we kindly request notification no less than 7 business days prior to the scheduled commencement. Upon receiving your rescheduling request, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs by selecting a suitable alternative date and time. Please note that a rescheduling fee of $300 (USD) will be applicable.
For event cancellations, we require notification no later than 20 days prior to the scheduled start. A cancellation fee of $500 (USD) will be charged in such cases. Cancellation requests received less than 20 days before the event start date will result in a penalty fee amounting to 30% of the total event cost.
Cancellations or rescheduling attempts in less than 7 business days before the start of your event do not include any refund or rescheduling opportunity.
Reductions in event costs of up to 10% are allowed without incurring any penalty, if made no later than 7 business days before the event begins. If reductions are requested within less than 7 business days before the event, there will be no refund opportunity available.
Reservations made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
All notifications for rescheduling, cancellations, or reductions have to be sent via email to events@shotofart.com.
REFUNDS
Refund processing takes 2-3 weeks.
ART EXPERIENCE CANCELLATION
Once your booking is confirmed, it is considered final, and cancellations are not possible.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least 24 hours before the start of your scheduled art experience. Last-minute rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not be accommodated.

No-Shows
Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of your booking. Rescheduling will not be available for no-shows.
WORKSHOPS BOUGHT FROM THIRD PARTIES
If you booked art experience or any other program at Shot of Art through a third party, any refund or rescheduling requests must be directed to the respective third-party provider.
